Alhucemas Desalination Plant
"This desalination plant is part of a plan led by the National Office of Electricity and Water (ONEE) to strengthen the supply of drinking water to approximately 150,000 people in the city of Alhucemas and its surrounding urban centers until 2035. The works are financed through the Fondo Español para la Internacionalización de la Empresa (FIEM). The works to be performed consist of the design and construction of a reverse osmosis desalination plant with a drinking water production capacity of 17,300 m3/day (200 l/s)."
