Sanitation of the districts of Badajoz
The works involve the construction of four new wastewater treatment plants in the cities of Alvarado, Alcazaba, Novelda and Sagrajas, with a total capacity of 820 m3/day for a population equivalent of 17,260. They also involve the construction of new wastewater pumping stations in the cities of Balboa, Gévora and Villafranca, stormwater detention tanks and 23 km of pipelines in diameters ranging from 250 to 1,400 mm.
