Tedagua participates as a strategic partner of the Cajamar Innova Incubator

· Applications to take part of the incubation and acceleration programs can be submitted until March 11, challenge-specific applications until February 24.
· The challenge proposed by Tedagua consists of finding innovative solutions that improve water desalination process energy and environmental efficiency.
Tedagua has joined the adviser team for specific incubation and acceleration programs for select business and startup projects selected for the Cajamar Innova Incubator. This platform is part of the Red de Incubadoras de Alta Tecnología (Hi-Tech Incubator Network) for the fostering of innovation and the transfer of technology to micro-SMEs, supported by the INCYDE Foundation and co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
The goal of this incubator will be to bring together different projects focused on sustainable water management, proposing disruptive, feasible solutions with a high economic and social impact toward the efficient management of water resources. In parallel with this generic opportunity, Cajamar Innova has launched a specific challenge category focused on the search of solutions to specific needs or problems brought forward by the various strategic partners.
Tedagua has proposed the challenge of finding innovative solutions that improve energy and environmental efficiency in the seawater desalination process. It will advise and support the entrepreneurs and startups that take up this challenge, assigning key members of the organization with a wide market know-how to help strengthen their knowledge of the business and how to correctly implement its exposure to the market.
The benefits of this challenge would mostly have an impact on reducing the carbon footprint that results from the process, as well as on the cost of desalinated water and the impact on the environment, while also increasing the ease of access by communities and societies with less resources.
Applications can already be sent via the form available in Cajamar Innova’s website (https://cajamarinnova.es/landing). Generic applications may be sent until March 11, while the deadline for challenge-specific applications is February 24. You can see the terms & conditions in the website, which outline the selection criteria and procedure for the 30 projects, out of which up to 18 can be challenge-specific.
